Kieren Clarkson grew up taking a variety of dance classes at her small-town studio, but ballet quickly became her passion. She focused heavily on ballet in high school: taking private lessons, auditioning, performing, and working as an assistant to her ballet mistress. Kieren was also the co-captain and choreographer of her high school dance team. She attended the University of Arizona where she took modern and ballet classes from many amazing teachers. Kieren has been teaching and choreographing ballet for 11 years. Before moving to Kanab, Kieren spent 7 years as a company ballet instructor and choreographer at The Dance Barn in Mesa, AZ.
